Get to know them
Originally from Seine-et-Marne (France), Rémi and Aurélie are the proud parents of two children, Thomas and Jeanne. Before committing to full-time ministry, Rémi worked as a tennis coach, and Aurélie was a school librarian in the French national education system. Alongside their professional careers, they were deeply involved in the life and responsibilities of their local church, serving with joy and faithfulness.
In 2020, driven by a deep conviction that God was calling them to broader service, they decided to leave their jobs and pursue biblical training together at the Geneva Bible Institute. This time of study allowed them to pause, be deeply equipped, and discern their calling more clearly.
At the end of those two years, Rémi continued with a pastoral training program, deepening his theological knowledge while completing various internships in churches in France and the Republic of Ireland. After four years of training and hands-on experience, he graduated with a pastoral studies diploma.
Today, Rémi and Aurélie carry a particular burden for the rural areas of France, which are often less reached by the witness of the Gospel. Together, they are passionate about making known the beauty and power of the Good News of Jesus Christ in regions where it is still rarely or barely proclaimed.

Their ministry
Aurélie and Rémi share a deep desire to serve together in proclaiming the Kingdom of God.
For Aurélie, this is primarily expressed through ministry within their family, caring for their children, as well as through involvement in their local church, where she is particularly committed to serving among women.
Rémi, for his part, serves part-time in pastoral ministry at the Evangelical Baptist Church of Faremoutiers, a church planted about twenty years ago in a small town in Seine-et-Marne. The rest of his time is dedicated to developing a church-planting project in a rural area, with the hope of seeing the Gospel bear fruit in places where it is still scarcely present.

Their vision and dream
Rémi and Aurélie dream of seeing the Gospel take root in rural areas of France and of building a network where churches are closer to one another—encouraging inter-church fellowship and joint evangelistic efforts. They are passionate about church planting and the multiplication of leaders and disciples.
Join them and be part of the advancement of the Gospel in rural France as they continue to serve the Lord.
