Get to know her
Originally from the small town of Kasama in Zambia, Atipa was born into a family of missionaries. As a missionary kid, her upbringing involved constant relocation, exposing her to diverse cultures and languages. However, the frequent goodbyes and the process of rebuilding social circles took a toll, leading Atipa to become somewhat anti-social. Recognizing her struggles, Atipa eventually surrendered them to God. Subsequently, she was sent to an international school in Mozambique, where she learned to thrive in a multicultural environment. Pursuing her education, Atipa attended university in Tanzania before embarking on a two-year service journey aboard the Logos Hope, dedicated to the Lord.
During her time on the ship, Atipa served in various capacities, including worship, ship maintenance, and participation in a Leadership program. Living and working alongside individuals from different countries and adapting to the ever-changing environment each month proved to be a transformative experience. It stretched her in ways that shaped her into the person God intended her to be.
