Originally from Bangladesh, John David was born into a Muslim family. In 2016, facing the challenges of providing for his family after his father's passing, he made the decision to leave for Bahrain to find a job. In a significant turning point, John David had a dream of Jesus one night. Despite having never encountered Christians in his life, he embarked on a personal quest, turning to Google to learn more. Eventually, he connected with a pastor in Bahrain who share the Gospel and he underwent baptism. Rejected by his mother and all his siblings following his baptism, he endured physical violence, being beaten 17 times in one year and hospitalized multiple times in Bahrain. Faced with the difficulties of living as a Christian, at the lowest point of his life, a missionary introduced him to the world of missions and extended an invitation to join the Logos Hope.

In 2021, John David became part of the Logos Hope's crew, where he passionately shared the Gospel while contributing to the book fair from Africa to Europe. Driven by a desire for street evangelism, he serves now with OM in Spain, focusing on evangelism. John David's contagious passion continues to make a lasting impact on those around him.

Spain, identified as a least reached country with less than 1% of evangelical Christians, with escalating secularization, leading to a a rapid decline in spirituality.John David is actively sharing the gospel, traversing the streets with a burden on his heart and a boldness that allows him to approach people with love, truth, and honesty. Simultaneously, he is dedicated to learning Spanish with a local teacher and OM Spain.
